This large and detailed map was produced as part of the preparations for the 50th anniversary of the Civil War battle. The map is color-coded and filled with incredible detail of monuments, markers, railroads, stone walls, fence types, etc. The names of present and past landowners are also noted. This was published under the direction of the Gettysburg National Park Commission and drawn by S. A. Hammond.

A vivid, impression with some toning and a few fold separations and small holes with tissue and archival tape repairs. Folding as issued.
