This miniature map of Bavaria is centered on the Danube and its tributaries. It is adorned with a large strapwork title cartouche with a distance scale. The map was engraved by the brothers Ambrose and Ferdinand Arsenius who had been assistants to Frans Hogenburg and co-engravers of Ortelius' folio Theatrum. Italian text on verso.
