This attractive map of the Eastern Balkans is centered on Bulgaria and includes the Bosphorus and Constantinople. The Danube and its tributaries flow across the map. It is adorned with decorative title and distance scale cartouches, the title festooned with the accoutrements of war and topped with with emblem of the Turkish Empire. Blank verso.

Bright later color. Very wide original margins are quite chipped and several marginal tears have been repaired with tape on verso. There is an extraneous horizontal crease, still an attractive map that presents well.
