This stunning sea chart shows the east coast of Africa, off the coast of northern Mozambique, from Rio Mocambo to Cape del Gado in the north. Anjouan, from the Comoro island group is included in an inset map complete with its own gilded compass rose. An extremely large and beautiful, gilded compass rose adorns the main chart.

Very nice impression with old color, highlighted with gold. There is some oxidization of old green color on the verso which shows through lightly on the map.
