This interesting and simple map of Florida is full of coastal details including notes on bottles dropped overboard and retrieved, apparently to map currents. There is a stretch across the neck of Florida that has been surveyed via triangulation, which had also been used in mapping the inlets. The map is inset on the left with triangulations of St. John's River and Charlotte Harbor.
