This is a very uncommon map of the Dordogne region including Sarlat, Bergerac and Domme. At upper right is a large plan of the medieval town of Sarlat. Title is in bold lettering at top with another title (Sarlatensis Diocesis Superiorumque Petrocoriorum Chorographia atque ipsius Civitatis Sarlati Ichnographia) in a cartouche at lower right.

Lightly toned on centerfold with some minor worm holes (some filled). Damp stains in upper blank margin.
