Nice map of the region that extends from the Middle East across the whole of Asia to include Japan, the Philippines and the East Indies. Thailand is here called Siam, Jakarta is Batavia, Sri Lanka is Ceylon. Includes the western portion of Papua New Guinea, but the area does not reach to Australia. Two distance scales and simple cartouche.
