This large, fantastic map has excellent details throughout. It reflects current reclamation projects and irrigation aspects of the Carey Act. Four Indian Reservations are shown in addition to forest reserves and military reservations. There are four insets: Boise & vicinity; Lewiston & vicinity; Wallace & vicinity; and Pocatello & vicinity. The importance of mining is highlighted as it locates the famous mining towns (now ghost towns) including Rocky Bar, Atlanta, Idaho City, Pioneerville, Gilmore, Bay Horse, Bonanza Custer, and many more.
