This attractive map is the German edition of the Tanner/Mitchell Louisiana map from the New Universal Atlas, with a German title but English place names. The tables to the left of the map give steam boat routes and mileages from New Orleans to Pittsburg, Natchitoches and the Balize. The map is inset with an excellent plan of New Orleans at the top.
