This colorful and highly detailed map presents the layout of the city with primary emphasis on its massive growth, but also as a popular tourist destination. The proposed annexation of land is shown with concentric distance circles, as are many landmarks, roads, depots, schools, hospitals and many parks. Johns Hopkins University Place and the Hopkins Hospital are among the notable features. An exceedingly difficult to find map that is presented in vivid color and folds into marbled-paper covers (4.5 x 7").

A great example with bright color and crisp impression. Several minor fold separations, some of which have been repaired with archival tape on verso, and irregular printing in the top border. Covers are shelf worn and lightly soiled.
