Nice group of small maps of the Near and Middle East. Sizes vary slightly.
1) Natolia, quae olim Asia Minor is a decorative map of Turkey and Cyprus with detail of mountains, rivers, lakes, cities and villages. Embellished with a banner style title cartouche and architectural style distance scale.
2) Arabia Eudaemon ex Plinio Lib VI Cap. 28 is a charming map of the Arabian Peninsula decorated with a strapwork title cartouche. The map is based on information from Pliny.
3) Armenia Syria, Mesopotamia etc. is a very lovely map covering the region between the Black and Caspian Seas in the north and Egypt and the Persian Gulf in the south. It is finely engraved with good detail of mountains, rivers, lakes, cities and towns. The map is adorned with a garland draped title cartouche.
