Attractive group of maps of Scotland. 1) Ecosse is a crisp copper engraving by the sons of Felix Delamarche. The map is inset with a depiction of the Shetland Isles. Hand colored, dated 1813 (11.25 x 10") 2) Ecosse was engraved by Blondeau, and it is inset with a numbered key to the Scottish provinces and a small map of the Shetland Isles. Hand colored, circa 1815(8.6 x 7.25") 3) Écosse depicts Scotland with topography defined by hachure. Anonymous, hand color, circa 1800. (8 x 10") Hand color. 4) L'Ecosse… is a beautifully engraved map of the country created under the direction of Mr. Philippe, Royal Censor. The map was drawn and engraved by Moithey, with script by Herault. Black and white, circa 1787 (15 x 10.4").

Map 1 has marginal repairs on the centerfold and a couple spots of foxing, also marginal and not affecting the map. Map 2 is printed on a study sheet with later color and hinge remnants on the verso.
