A beautifully engraved decorative map of the whole of France based on the work of Jean Jolivet. This richly colored map is fully engraved with topographical features and numerous cities. The large strapwork cartouche contains text, and a coat of arms is displayed in the stipple engraved sea. Latin text on verso, from editions published from 1592-1601.

Great old color with a few minor spots. Printed on sturdy paper with wide original margins.
