Handsome, large map of the Iberian Peninsula, including the Balearic Islands and part of the north coast of Africa. The map is based on the cartography of Rodrigo Mendez Sylva. The sheet is filled with detail and decorated with a beautiful title cartouche and distance scale.

References:

Condition: C+

Scattered foxing and stains. A centerfold separation in the lower margin has been repaired on verso with archival tape. Light impression in cartouche. The right, blank margin has a 1" tear that does not enter the map.
