This is a striking and scarce view of the Temple of Solomon. The Temple grounds are filled with people and their livestock going about their daily activities. Arias Montanus' maps and views were first issued in the Biblia polyglotta published by Plantin in 1572. Later editions are equally scarce.

There is a piece of masking tape on top right corner, well away from image.
