The map details the route of the Texas & Pacific Railway and its connections across Texas and Louisiana. All rail stations are located and named. Above the map is a large inset map (14" x 8") of the United States that shows additional connections. Folds into a brochure dated January, 1894 and titled, "The Texas and Pacific Railway, The Short Line, New Orleans, To All Points in Texas, California, Colorado and the West". Folds down to 4 x 9". Printed in St. Louis by Woodward & Teirnan Printing Co. A scarce issue with a great map of Texas.
