A sharply engraved map covers all of Sweden and Finland as well as Estonia and Latvia Most of Norway is included to the east of Sweden, and the Gulf of Bothnia, the Gulf of Finland and the Baltic Sea are all clearly identified. Adorned with a drape-style cartouche supported by putti. Published by Pierre Mariette at Rue St. Jacques a l'Esperance.

A dark impression on a strong sheet with original outline color. There is one stray pencil mark and a couple of small spots in the bottom of the map.
