Nice map displaying the Middle East from the Mediterranean Sea to the Persian Gulf. The Garden of Eden is located in present-day Iraq, near the city of Babylon. Abraham's journey from Ur is shown. The title cartouche features the serpent in the Tree of Knowledge.

Binding tear in right margin stopping just shy of the neatline. Small amount of damp staining along a fold. Left margin a bit toned and chipped. Issued folding, now flattened.
