Uncommon, small map with odd boundaries, dating to just after the Revolutionary War. Each colony appears as an amorphous strip stretching north-south, reflecting the lack of knowledge of colonial boundaries in France. Simple decorative title cartouche.

Condition: B+

Nice impression and attractive later color. The top margin has been extended to accommodate framing, and there is a tiny hole in a blank area of the map.
