This map of West Riding in Yorkshire has a lovely pictorial cartouche featuring farmers, and the scale of miles is attended by a surveyor and a putto. Across the top of the map are eleven armorial shields, five of which bear family names plus three left blank. There are two larger coats of arms, including the royal crest and the arms of England, in the upper portion of the map. The map is filled with the detail typical of Blaeu's maps. Dutch text on verso.

A nice, clean sheet with a nearly invisible repair to the upper left margin, not affecting the map. Very nice impression.
