Detailed state map featuring only thirty-five established counties. The railroad extends west to Tallahassee and south to near Cedar Key. There is good detail of roads, forts and villages, rivers and swamps. An inset, Plan of the Florida Keys, continues to show the Keys to Tortugas Islands. Dated 1855, but this is the issue with plain borders, likely published 1857. County development is current to 1855.

With original coloring. Margin 1/2" at top that has three small chipped areas from binding. Minor damp staining in wide lower margin, well away from border.
