Attractive view of Juan Fernandez' encampment in Chile. The scene shows several groups of men involved in conversation being watched by a figure standing in the shadow of a large tree. Large mountains loom in the background. A simple keyboard-style border surrounds the nicely engraved view. Engraved by Van Schley.

Issued folding, now pressed. The view has some extraneous creasing. Crisply engraved with a good impression.
