This is a very rare leaf from a l4th century Koran in Behari script (sometimes called Herati-Kufic). The name of Allah is written in red and one side contains a beautiful marginal decoration.

References:

Condition: B

Paper is toned and a bit soiled. Edges are somewhat ragged with chipping and old repairs. There is a partially closed repair that extends into the text at bottom.

Estimate: $300 - $400
