The second state of this attractive, copper engraved map that shows St. Lawrence Bay with Anticosti Island, Prince Edward Island (I. St Jean ), Cape Breton Island (Isle Royale), and Newfoundland with the adjacent mainland. A decorative rococo-style cartouche and full, vibrant color make this a very desirable map.

Sharp impression and fine original color with minor stains in blank margin, well away from map.
