This attractive map of the Caribbean also presents good detail of Central America. It includes the Gulf Coast and Florida, naming St. Augustine, Pensacola and New Orleans. A large inset of Bermuda is equally detailed. Detail of the trade winds exhibits their predominate direction. Four distance scales decorate the map.

A near fine example with a superb, early impression on thick hand laid paper with watermark. Two paper hinge remnants on verso.
