This is a scarce folding map of Scotland extending to the Western and Orkney Isles, with the Shetland Isles in an inset at top. It is filled with detail of the cities and towns, both large and small, with the network of railroads meticulously noted. The map is dissected and laid on the original linen, folding into embossed leather covers (4 x 6") with the title stamped in gilt.

The map is very nice with some faint toning and original outline color. The boards have a little wear on the bottom.
