This pretty little reduced version of Mercator's map of the region includes the coastline and the cities of Nantes and Rochelle, with the Loire River valley prominently noted. A delicately engraved strapwork cartouche is tucked in the upper right corner. Latin text on verso, and a second page of related text included.

A nice, sound example with great original color. The margins have some minor toning, and there are a couple of tiny wormholes in the left border.
