Very decorative map of the eastern part of the Mediterranean. Vignettes below the map show episodes from the travels of St. Paul and the cartouche, compass rose and sailing ships add interest. This map was copied from Bastian Stoopendaal's slightly larger map of 1688. Dutch text on verso.

Condition: B+

There are some old repairs in margin and a cluster of tiny worm holes on upper centerfold.
