A copper engraved Revolutionary War plan shows Providence and Newport with the British fleet offshore and the various military positions throughout the area. The map locates towns and villages, roads, the college, and much more. Distance scale below title indicates a scale of approximately 2 miles per inch. Elegant fleur-de-lys lies at right.

Margins are close (1/4") and there is a little very light offsetting.
