This is a set of well-executed watercolor drawings of costumes throughout the ages, beginning with Egyptians and proceeding to the 16th or 17th century. Accomplished in ink and vivid colors, the images are attractive, some even striking. Some plates are signed "C.C.C." but no other descriptive information. Paper suggests circa 1920-30. A very nice collection of hand drawn watercolors that will display beautifully. The sizes vary: given size is approximate for the paper.
