These colorful maps depict the extensive network of steam railroads, electric railroads and proposed electric railroads as of 1902 and 1908. Together they make an interesting historical comparison on the growth of the railway infrastructure. Both were prepared for the Railroad Commissioner of Rhode Island.

Both are near fine with bright color, crisp impression and full margins. Both issued folding, now pressed and backed with archival tissue.
