Fine decorative map of Britain that includes an inset of the Faro, Shetland and Orkney Islands. The map is fully engraved with political information. The title cartouche is surrounded by clouds in which putti display the coats of arms of England, Scotland and Ireland. The scale of miles is further embellished with the royal coat of arms and several figures.

Condition: C

Fine original color with some oxidation of the green color resulting in some minor cracks along political divisions. The centerfold is cleanly separated into the map on both sides. The map is well deserving of some simple conservation and repair.
