A crisply engraved little map of Danzig, present day Gdansk, showing the extensive fortifications and shipping lanes. A compass rose orients the plan with north in the upper right corner, and a score of tiny ships fill the waterways. The title is contained in a banner style cartouche and a coat of arms tops the distance scale
