This pair of original leaves is from a rare book containing the office of the Catholic Mass. This book was published during the period of transition from manuscript to printing. Printed on both sides in red and black ink and decorated with historiated initials containing Gothic woodcut illustrations of various saints.

Each has a wormhole in the margin, and some minor damp stains.
