A very nice map based on Jefferys' important map of Canada in 1760 with a realistic interpretation of Lake Winnipeg. It covers from Hudson Bay, through the Great Lakes, to Philadelphia. In the West the St. Charles River flows off the map with a notation, "the length of which is unknown, this is the route the Indians follow coming from the West." Inset of the Gulf of St. Lawrence.

Nice impression and fine original color. There are a couple faint spots and a printer's crease parallel to centerfold.
