Original brown paper covers with a fabulous advertisement on back cover for the Phoenix Hotel at Las Vegas Hot Springs on the Santa Fe Route, touting it as "The Karlsbad of America" with "Mineral Waters adapted to the cure of all Chronic Infirmities.."
