A handsome map of the historic Moravia region of the Czech Republic that includes the cities of Olomouc (Olmutz) and Brno (Brunn). Finely engraved with mountains, forests and even the smallest villages, it is decorated with strapwork title and scale cartouches. Latin text on verso.

Lovely original color in Mercator's unique color palette. Minor repair on fold separation in bottom margin. Lower left corner reinforced with paper, not affecting map.
