This is an interesting lot of copper engravings showing a variety of astronomical theories and concepts.

1) A Demonstrative View of the Nature and Manner of the Seasons, and the Variety of Day and Night, John Hinton, 1750 (7.3 x 4.3")
2) Brietius's Draught of the Winds and their names, according to the Ancients and Moderns Phillip Cluver, circa 1695 (7 x 9") Trimmed into the engraving at right.
3) The Figure of the World According to the System of Ptolomee… , Phillip Cluver, circa 1695 (12 x 6.3")
4) [Lunar Eclipse] Phillip Cluver, circa 1695 (4.8 x 6.6")
