Abraham Goos engraved this fine, small map for the Jansson editions of the Atlas Minor. The map is based primarily on the work of Jodocus Hondius but also incorporates information from Willem Blaeu's folio map of 1617 and his wall map of 1608; especially the river systems. Though smaller in size, the map includes more place names than Hondius' 1607 folio map of the continent. German text on verso.

There is a bit of minor foxing in the blank margins.
