These original leaves are from a rare book containing the office of the Catholic Mass printed in Venice. This book was published during the period of transition from manuscript to printing and incorporates the illuminated manuscript tradition with woodcut illustrations within the large initials. There are a total of six illustrations of saints and kings on these three leaves. The text is printed in red and black ink and the woodcuts are colored by hand.

One sheet has a light damp stain and there are a few light spots on the other leaves.
