This lot consists of three uncommon geography books designed for school use.
1) Rev. Silas Blaisdale, Boston, 1832, (4.2 x 7"). Thirty-six pages of questions to be used with the Worchester and Woodbridge school atlases. Paper covered boards, 36 pp. (B+)
2) J.U. Parsons, Boston, 1838, (4.8 x 5.5"). With numerous maps reverse engraved and printed in black with white engraved lines. The full page maps include four Hemispheres detailing different quadrants of the globe, two identical maps of the United States, and Europe. Smaller engraved illustrations in text. Stiff paper covers with fancy surrounding border and list of other publications on verso, 116 pp. Paper on covers with a little staining or soiling, contents good with occasional scattered foxing. 3) J.B. Fairfield, New York, 1840, (3.7 x 5.8"). This geography is adapted for use with the atlases used in schools "of the United States." Contains questions organized geographically plus statistical tables at back. Paper covered boards with leather spine, 116 pp. (B+)
