This promotional tourist booklet was issued by the Boston and Lowell Railroad. It includes information on the towns through which the line passes as well as schedules and rates. With numerous illustrations plus three folding maps and four full page town plans and two others detailing the Pemigewasset Valley and Lake Sunapee. The three folding maps (each 14.5" x 17.5") are colored system maps of the line in New England, a map of Lake Winnipesaukee, and Lake Sunapee. The city plans detail Littleton, Franconia, Jefferson and Bethlehem. The forty illustrations include Boston Station, Muschopauge House, Hotel Ponemah, Asquam House, Deer Park Hotel, Fabyan House, and Crawford House. Paper pictorial covers show an idyllic lake scene with Victorian titling on a yellow background, 206pp.

The soft covers are near fine with very little sign of wear save for a soiled strip at bottom edge and abrasion at edge. The contents clean and bright and the maps and city plans are all fine.
