This handsome map of the vicinity of Oldenburg was prepared by Johann Wilhelm Anton Hunrich during the reign of Frederick V of Denmark. The map provides intricate detail of the region with forests, marshes, roads, windmills, villages, estates, churches, dikes, and forts. The title cartouche features the coat of arms and monogram of Frederick V.
