This is the Italian edition of William Robertson's "History of America" published from Milano. This three volume edition has 4 folding maps that cover the same areas as the English edition, but are pulled from new plates after Kitchin's maps, but in a somewhat different style. The volumes are bound in original cream colored vellum. The spines have red and green leather titles with embossing and gilt. Vol. I 398pp; Vol. II 431pp; Vol. III 372pp.
