This is a very rare lithograph from Charles Ribeyrolles' important works on Brazil in the 19th century. It shows a Protestant church in Bahia taken from a photograph by Victor Frond, lithographed by Aubrun, and printed by Alfred-Leon Lemercier in Paris. The magnificent lithographs in the Brazil Pittoresco are among the most sought after and rare works on Brazil.
