This lot includes maps of the historical Poitou region of northwestern France.

1) Poictou sive Pictaviae Descriptio, Gerard Mercator, circa 1610, hand color, (18.3 x 11.5"). Original color with damp stains in upper corners and torn margins. (B)
2) Poitou Saintonge Angoumois, George Louis Le Rouge, circa 1746, hand color, (10.8 x 8"). Original color with minor soil and tears in margins. (B+)
3) Isle de Narmoustier, Christophe Tassin, circa 1634, hand color, (6 x 4"). Original color with light foxing. There are stains and holes in the blank margins. (B+)
4) Poictou, Pieter Bertius, circa 1600, black & white, (4.8 x 3.3"). Minor soil and light stains in wide margins. (A)
