Paper bound with pictorial covers, 308pp, hundreds of b&w illustrations, B.W. Higman, Institute of Jamaica Publications Limited, Kingston, Jamaica. Higman is Professor of History at the University of the West Indies. This scarce reference book was published from Kingston, Jamaica will be a great addition to any collector interested in the mapping of the West Indies.
