This uncommon map covers the Southern region from the Mississippi Delta to Charleston, South Carolina. Florida has an odd, pointed shape, and Carolina and Georgia are somewhat haphazardly placed. The map is filled with towns, native tribes and charmingly rendered topography. The delicate floral cartouche completes the composition. Engraved by Andrea Scacciati.
