This is an attractive street-level etching of Lower Broadway by Nat Lowell. A well-regarded New York City artist, Nat Lowell was famous for his etched views of the city and surrounding areas. Born in Latvia, his first etchings date from approximately 1907. During the following four decades, Lowell concentrated his talents upon the evolving skyline of the city. Signed in pencil at lower right.
