Three portraits of British explorer, Captain James Cook, including two engravings after the famous portrait by Nathaniel Dance and one including a scene of his tragic death in Hawaii.

A. Le Capitaine Cook, Anon, (4.5" x 7"). This is a small portrait of Cook surrounded by an oval frame. Below the portrait is a scene depicting Cook's death in Hawaii. Condition - margins trimmed to the neatline, else very good. (B+)

B. Captain James Cook, engraved by W. Holl and published by Fisher, Son & Co., (4" x 5"). (B+)

C.Captain Cook, engraved by Scriven and published by William Mackenzie, (4" x 5"). (A)
